Problem backing up SanAndreas

make sure you have only dvdfab running.
from your logs - 0m 00.72s: Init process: there is another app running and exit
you have something else running that is causing dvdfab not to run right.

Right after I tried this copy I did another movie and it copied of then went back to this one and still had the problem so why is it rejecting the disc

Your process log shows you're using "Clone" that's 1 to 1 copy so if the original is dual layer the copy will be dual layer. Try "Full Disc" set to DVD-5 and see how it goes.
