I can't back up 10.000 BC

I'm having problem by trying to back up my DVD 10.000BC.The process fails every time I try and here is the error code I get:Task_1 failed! Error 400. I reinstalled the software, but still don't work

i had no problem ripping that movie, make sure pathplayer is enabled

This movie has been out for a long time it is possible that the new version of pathplayer must be turned off.

Check pathplayer... if it is on turn it off..... if it is off turn it on.

What are you doing exactly when you get that error. Also are you doing the Widescreen side or the Standard screen side

I have done what you have said, and I also tried different DVD, it seem like the software just gave up on me.

I have this movie and am backing it up right now using the latest beta so since just saying you are trying to back up the DVD does not help anyone same goes for what was originally posted I will need you to post what is listed below

Depending on the nature of the problem, it can help to know:
If this happens with all discs or just one
Your operating system/CPU/memory configuration
If you are using external hard drives or optical drives
If you have made any recent changes to your OS or system hardware
If you have other DVD or BD software installed, particularly if recently added.

OK I will try to be clear as possible.
My problem is that, I'm tying to rip that DVD, but the software is not just able to it yet.The process fails as soon as I start it. Here is the tow logs I get:
