Backup movie "UP" with newer dvd fab 6.2.1.8 troubles

I have tried making a backup copy of the movie "UP" and computer freezes for a little bit and when it comes back to life dvdfab gives error code 102 in the phase one part. What is the work around for this problem since I didn't see a thread for this movie.

This movie can be done using DVDFab latest version. Is your DVD clean from dirt and finger prints and has no deep scratches on it as well

i say that to all my friends you'd be surprised how a few fingerprints,dirt, and scratches will hamper the copy process

yes I did get it to work finally. I think what made the difference is enabling the pathplayer. worked perfectly with the new version. thank you
