DVD Copy Program Not Working

For the last 2 days, I am unable to use DVD Copy. I experience 1 of 2 things: the program starts to copy the disc, then closes down & disappears, or I get a message that Windows has experienced a problem with the program & cannot complete.

I haven't changed any settings or programs on my computer; should I reinstall?

uninstall dvdfab and re install dvdfab with a fresh copy of the installer
and run as administrator. retry the disc again.

I uninstalled and installed new. Still not working.

I get this message from time to time but when I shut the computer off and then restart computer, DVDFab starts working again.

Hi Skylark
Please uninstall DVD Fab using its uninstaller, download CCleaner found here keep running the cleaner option with old prefetch data checked in advanced options until nothing is found.
Next run the registry cleaner, no need to backup the registry when it asks CCleaner has never hurt my computer in all the years I have used it.
Download a fresh installer of DVD Fab saving it to your downloads folder, browse to your folder right click the installer click run as administrator.
