Getting Read/Write error with this disk brand new disk

try giving the disc a good cleaning and try again.
check the disc for defects, scratches, cracks, blemishes ect. -
Nup crystal clear not sure if i can mention this here but anydvd is also having trouble cracking this disk.

2. click the 'i' button next in the volume name line of main UI
3. click "export source info" button
4. export it to the Log folder

DVDFab log default location:
For Windows: C:\Users\User Name\Documents\DVDFab10\Log
For Mac: Finder> Documents> DVDFab10> Log
DVDFab Player 5:
