Dvd Up

Dear Sirs,

This never happen to me.
Every month, give or take, I download your DVDFab HD Decryper latest version and install it.
Never had any type of problem.
I have the latest one from December and I already install the Beta.
On both of them and when I try to open Dvd Up, the error is the same:

"To open this DVD disk, you need to buy or renew DVDFab "DVD to DVD", or you can wait for new version of DVDFab HD Decryper".

Can you give me a clue how to do it.
