Won't burn to single layer DVD

I just downoaded DVD Fab 6.2.1.8 and tried to copy a DVD. It seemed to rip OK, but when I put the blank DVD in it rejects it by indicating it is single layer and asks for a dual layer DVD. I had been using DVD Fab 6.0.2.2 and it worked with single layer. Do I have to have dual layer DVDs for 6.2.1.8 or is there a setting I can change to get it to take the single layer DVDs?

On the bottom of the Fab window, select DVD5 in the pulldown. You can change this permanently in Fab's settings.
