Fail to burn error

I have been having this problem for months and haven't been able to copy any disc. It usually goes to 80% before failing, tonight only to 50%.

This is the only log I can find;

how fast are you burning your disc ?? try slowing your burn speed to 4x

Disable passkey when using imgburn and try again.

Are you using ImgBurn as burn engine?

Would you please try to set to DVDFab burn engine to burn again?

Please click menu button on the right top corner of the DVDFab screen, open "Common Settings" window, click on "Drives"-"DVD Write", set the burning engine as DVDFab.
