yes it crashed on me too
I just tried to back up my new movie Money Monsters and when I clicked start to copy, DVDFab 9.3.1.4 crashed so I reinstalled the previous version. Something's not right in the software I believe, but without any doubt they will figure it out I'm sure, the staff are Great !Originally posted by sireast View Post

when it crashed, a window opened up and asked to fill in some information. and I think it was sent/uploaded to dvdfab, then you should have the information.Last edited by sireast; 09-09-2016, 02:46 AM.Comment

It is reproduce with other disc, but it maybe same issue. Crash when I copy other DVD disc, waiting for fix.User Manual for DVDFab v10 (pdf)

9.3.1.4 Crashed on New Movie

I ended up backing up the movie Money Monsters with previous version, When I started to copy with version 9.3.1.4 the program had to close, I've added the internal Log.

ver. 9.3.1.4
looks like this beta release version is the most unstable release.
I just could not believe how many crashes I have.

Has anyone checked out this crash problem on DVDFab 9.3.1.4 beta yet ?
I posted the internal log, but doesn't look like anyone has made any comments as to why this version keeps crashing. I hope they figure it out so we can keep our program up to date for the newest java protections.

For DVDFab 13: C:\Users\User Name\My Documents\DVDFab\DVDFab13\Log
For StreamFab: C:\Users\User Name\My Documents\DVDFab\StreamFab\log
Please use attachment button and attach your most recent, Internal log and post right here.
If it's the burning issue, please also attach burn log.
