DVDFab 9.3.1.6 Won't Open Triple 9 Movie

Hi need some help I am trying to make a back up disc for the Movie Triple 9 but the current version DVDFab 9.3.1.6 won't open file I have already found someone else who had this problem 2009 and I read he did an Uninstall/Reinstall this fixed the problem ? so that's what I did too however this hasn't fixed this for me so I don't know what I can do any help would be great already sent a message to support and I am waiting for a reply

Ps also this movie Triple 9 won't play on DVDFab Media Player 3 it just sits there trying to open the movie the only way I can stop both programs is by going to the Task Manager on Windows 10 64 bit and select end task.

Both Programs are not running at the same time.

This Triple 9 movie will play on a standard DVD player so I don't know why it won't open at all.

Was that the whole log file for that movie seems to cut off after pathplayer results? Anyway first check your graphics drivers make sure their up to date your dvd drive is.Then if up to date try turning pathplayer off in Fab settings for dvd's then retry don't forget to turn pathplayer back on when done.

Hey many thanks what you said worked turning pathplayer off now it will open Triple 9 so what should I do now continue doing a back up disc with pathplayer turned off? what's this pathplayer doing in DVDfab why do some Titles work with pathplayer turned on and some work with this turned off

Yes continue and make the copy with it off then check it make sure it plays correct and remember to turn it back on when done.Most dvd disks need it on.Older disks sometimes works better with it off but I know this is a newer disk so to as why things sometimes work or not I have to defer this to Fab staff as I have nothing to do with how the program works only know what sometimes works to correct this from reading the posted log file.

Well not sure what I can do now I did managed to open this Triple 9 movie so I backed this to Hard Drive it made the files ok however I used DVDfab Media player 3 to play back this movie and all I got was black screen with no picture and no audio ?

Did you try switching media player to simple mode in Fab media settings?

I have just found the settings are and yes it's already in simple mode

Open media player
Right click mouse
In the list click on bottom choice <settings>
click on play mode
Click on simple mode then ok
This will play main movie no menus,trailers,warnings etc.

Well I now have VLC player installed and yes it will play triple 9 movie file that DVDfab created but some time the pixels are scattered all over the Picture while playing and I have no sound audio at all? so I don't know why DVDFab Media player won't play this at all I am now going to play the original Triple 9 movies on VLC player to see if it will play with sound

Because the path player was turned off it sometimes lets you copy but sometimes won't work correctly so in this case I have to let Fab staff look at your log files and taken steps.Did you receive any read error's during the process there's none in the posted log but did fab at any point give you a message abort/retry message? and was that log you posted the whole log not edited by you?

Does the store brought disk itself play in Fabs media player ?
