Latest version crashes on DVD Copy

Just installed version 9.3.1.9. When I'm doing a copy, the program crashes as it reads the DVD and goes to the report info screen. I was able to find a beta version, 9.3.1.7 and install it and it works fine, so that tells me that there is a problem with the new release.

I had the error report sent a couple times, so hopefully the vendor has received the crash reports.

Make sure that you are running dvdfab " as administrator "

Same Problem

I am having the same problem since installing version 9.3.1.9.

Hads:Post the internal log file here and if you post the crash report here they won't have to dig through many to find yours.Just try the disk again to get another crash report cut and paste here.

Just so others will know their was a large attack on the internet and a lot of people couldn't get internet service for several hours to some servers so we want to check log files for trouble connecting with Fab servers just to be sure that's not the trouble.
