    $100 for this?

    After purchasing a 2-year extension, I find I can not run version 9318, 9319 or 9320.

    v9223 installs and runs perfectly.

    Turning off AV, cleaning files, cleaning registry, run as administrator - none of that works.

    Please tell me what file is the 'internal log file' I'm supposed to send.

    Please post your logs the default location is:
    For DVDFab 13: C:\Users\User Name\My Documents\DVDFab\DVDFab13\Log
    For StreamFab: C:\Users\User Name\My Documents\DVDFab\StreamFab\log
    Please use attachment button and attach your most recent, Internal log and post right here.
    If it's the burning issue, please also attach burn log.

      missing log file(s)

      I searched users for a log file and found none.

      DVDfab 9319 simply doesn't open/run after install - thus no log file generated.

      I'll re-install v9223 and see if I'm looking in the wrong place.

          Sorry - that internal log file is from v9223.

          There's the problem: v9319 simply doesn't run - no log file generated after install of v9319 (nor v9318, nor v9320 beta).

          Perhaps I can seek a refund.
