9321 will not open these disks (4). i have attached the log for disks 1 & 2.
I always have a problem with disks from Acorn and BBC.In the past 8320 has always handled them, but in this case playback hangs when I try to go to the menu.
I have attached the log from 8320 so you can see that it opens the disks, where 9321 fails.
Any suggestions?

Theirs a few things wrong here 1st in both versions Fab failed to detect graphics info so make sure your graphics card driver is up to date.

then theirs read errors in the version 9 log clean the disk well and try again.

Also pathplayer is off turn it on.

Then theirs a more info than can be on a 2 layer disk in the log file.

What are you using for playback? Try a software player on the computer.

using powerdvd.

the reason included the log from 8230 was show the the disk was good.

graphics is nvidia gts 250

Did you see if the graphics card driver is up to date?
Did you try with Pathplayer on? In your version 8 log it was on
Did you clean the disk and check for scratches?

process fine and gets to menu but when you select episode, powerdvd closes

Does it work on Fab media player?
What version of Power dvd and are their any updates for your version? or plug in's?

Can you post the fab crash report from media player.
