Media Tray Keeps Opening

After creating two Image Disks on my Hard Drive (Disk 1 and Disk 2) I go to the Write Data Option to burn to two 4.3 GB disks

On one computer it works perfectly ... on another computer the media tray keeps opening with the error message "No media detected "

As the source file settings are the same on each computer is there a reason why one media tray keeps opening and why the software keeps giving the error message?

Any help would be gratefully received

As AGJ says, more info would be useful. Since your wanting to burn to disc, the source would be the HD, and the target should be the burner. Make sure you have the correct burner selected. I don't use "write data" much, but just tried it on a movie from my HD and it worked fine.
