Merge function...

Can someone explain to me how to use the merge feature? I believe with this feature I can now merge my copy of Cleopatra disc 1(movie only) and disc 2 into a single file? I would like this so when I access my movies in Kodu, the whole movie will be behind one movie poster or am I mistaken?

I tried using it but it only makes a copy of the first disc.... The completed file should be over 14 gigs (ISO) and it's only 8 gigs....
