Cannto back up Hidden Figures

Tried to back Hidden Figures and DVDFab gets 50% and comes up disk error.

Check the disc for scratches / defects
And try cleaning the disc.
Please post the dvdfab internal log files.

You can try turning Pathplayer off in Fab settings then if it works make sure the whole movie plays correct and turn it back on in settings when done.

I noticed your using the new version of windows so if you have another computer to try it on with the older windows that's what I would try.Also make sure your dvd drives firmware and your graphics drivers are up to date I would do this first.

Tried everything

Cleaned the disc all computer parts up to date, turned off pathplayer on the Windows 10 computer same problem, tried everything on my Windows 7 computer and still the same problem.

You can try turning off cloud decryption in Fab settings turn back on when done or try version 9 of Fab.

Try clicking common settings - general - cinavia and uncheck enable
Cinavia removal restart dvdfab and try the disc again.

Try today's new fab version if it don't work post it's internal log and a link where you brought the disk staff will have to look at this and may need to buy the disk.Try it in your other drive also.

Stansher:Yours is a blu ray and belongs in the blu ray topic it's not supported yet.The dvd should work staff will have to take a look at the dvd log.
