How come DVD Fab will not remove Warning notices from my movie

I tried taking them of with DVD Fab but it was still on when i checked the output file.

I have also tried using VobBlanker to get rid of a warning notice, but when i try to blank one of the cells i get the following message.

    (?)

The selected PGC1 has Cell commands and/or Cell buttons.
Blanking may produde a non working menu.
Do you really want to blank it ?

Any ideas how can preserve a working menu and its features, and at the same time remove the warning notice please.

    Many thanks Ice.

Is this with all your movies or just one?
    What movie? What region?

I do not know what is causing it but I did the movie The Reaping yesterday and the FBI warning was still there.
    R1 R4 movie only.
    Version 6.0.6.0

Post more detail and maybe the experts will have the answer.

      Hi Gruñón

All my other movies i have used Vobblanker to blank the warning notices out, but given my issue with Vobblanker on this movie,i have tried using DVD Fab to remove the warning notice, and it will not remove it.

      Movie: Gang related

      Region: 2

      Version: Fab 6.0.5.2

Because the studios are being sneaky and putting the notices in areas where Fab and Vobblanker can't/shouldn't remove them.

          Hey GregiBoy

          How you doing ?

Do you know of any program that fairly easy to use, that might just work.

            Hey Ice,

How the heck are you? and glad you found us here.

I think GregiBoy hit the nail on the head. I don't know of any program that will guarantee what you ask...hopefully another member does.
You could try an older app like shrink and there's a decent chance it will work.
I doubt you'll get a warning however, and you'll probably just have to play the copy to see if it works.
I'd give VobBlanker a shot first anyway

If it ain't broke, don't fix it!

              Hi mate,

No, I don't as I never really copy DVD's, I just make AVI's and play them on my Hard Disk & Network media players.

So I just have the Main Movie as one file, nothing else.

Not so bad my friend, yeah Bob told me about this place the other day on CD Freaks,so i thought i come and have a look, and see if any one could help me out.

Good news mate, after looking through pages of information on google, i come across this software (Below), that does just the job, im after.

                For future reference:-

                Link

It's a great bit of software, followed the instructions, when done checked it with Vobblanker and sure enough the warning message was gone just run it though shrink to see if it the structure was still OK, then burnt it with Fab,run the disc in the DVD player and bingo, jumped straight to the main menu.

                Movie plays fine.

Thanks for your input Mainman Gregiboy and Gruñón.

Anyone have any problems with doing this in the future, just PM me.

                Ice.

what dvd to dvd modes were you using with dvdfab?

did you try customize mode? you can select only the titles you want and preserve the menu as well.

                      Hi Troy.

I did look into (Customize mode), in the hope of finding the warning notice in one of the preview title boxes, so I could just remove it, but no such luck.

I have been able to do that before, on some discs though.

                      Thanks.
