Very new to this, & not highly computer literate so be gentle! Just installed DVDFab 6.1.1.0 & got as far as loading the source DVD. I insert the DVD in the drive & I can see the light 'reading' the DVD, but it doesn't go any further, the screen still says to insert DVD. I thought maybe I had a bad DVD, but I tried two others with the same result. What do I need to do?

Please download and install v.6.2.2.0 Beta or v. 6.2.1.8.
You'll find these in sticky threads at or near the top of the forum homepage.
Have you been using the trial version? or the freeware version?
