Terminator Salvation disc will not open

Having problems with this one. I've checked other T:S titled threads an have not seen a simialr problem. Running the freeware version 6.2.2.0 (beta) with PathPlayer enabled (tried with PP disabled as well). DVDFab will run for a couple of seconds trying to read the source disc then it will just stop. Info will recognize the disc title but will display the message "Disc is not opened"

This is an R1, standard DVD (not BR).

Info for drive [D:\] (DVDFab 6.2.2.0)
Drive region: 1

Disc is not opened.

any thoughts?

The free version has not been updated to handle that movie yet.

There is a delay of up to 90 days between the updates of the paid version and the free version.
