Problem Installing in Windows 10

The program installs, but I do not have permission to execute. Can't find a way around it. Just had new updates installed last night.

Problem running DVDFab
Tried that. Uninstalled 10.0.4.2. Installed 10.0.3.6. Same problem. Large number of updates installed yesterday.
