How do you rename a volume in version 10?

The field wherein we could edit a disc name in every other version of the software is missing in version 10.

Can I edit the name of a DVD I'm about to rip, or do I need to uninstall and go back to version 9?

I believe I know what you are asking.
So you know for the future you can't change the name of the DVD that you are about to rip(read). It is a pressed DVD & the name it has is permanent.

The volume label (that is what I believe you want to change) can be changed here:
Once you have added the DVD .There is a small wrench settings icon.
It is next to a "i" & "x" . Select it. This will open "Advanced Settings" change the name there to what you want.

I haven't tested this using DVD Copy to burn(write) to a DVD disc.
I usually use ImgBurn as a standalone & add the volume label in it using Build mode.

If it's the folder or .ISO name you want to change.
There are two icons right next to the "Save to" box .
Select the one you want & name the folder or .ISO what you want.

      Wow. Too clever by half.

This interface is poor, compared to previous versions. Someone wanted it dominated by a pretty picture, with minimal text, and ended up hiding practical features we needed. And the size of the type is unforgivable.

I think I'm going back to version 9.

Click the wrench and change the volume label. How easy do you want it?

Same screen, as it had been in every prior version.

You can switch to version 9 but it's no longer supported so you may run into movies it won't backup?
