Enchanted not readable

Has anyone been able to read this one with DVDFab?

The logs show the DVD initially loaded, and the scanning starts, but ends in error (100 or 102).

Disk is clean, playable in other devices, and readable on my PC with PowerDVD. Any suggestions?

As this is an older movie (2002, I think) there should be no problems with the copy protection removal.

These errors are read file and open file errors and usually caused by a problem on the DVD causing them to be unable to be read.

I would clean and polish the DVD (a little Windex) and if this doesn't work, try it wit pathplayer enabled and then with pathplayer disabled.

If none of this works, I would suggest that you have a damaged disk or a bad pressing, which is not uncommon.
