subtitle change

I have a DVD that subtitles are in Russian, I believe. Is it possible for DVDFab to change the subtitles to English ?

NO.
Fab will copy what is there but will not translate for you.

Have you tried the remote to check and see if there are other subtitles available?

Also when you put the disk in your drive, Fab will show you what subtitles are available and you can set the default when you copy main movie.
