Dvd fab expired!

Hi all
Been using DVDFAB for a couple of months now, all was working well until
i put "the ugly truth" dvd in, now when i start dvd fab it says trial version expired, i bought the dvd / dvd version a couple of months ago and when i re enter the serial code, it doesnt do anything and still says "expired"
anyone else had this? PLEASE HELP!!!

Bought it direct from the dvd fab website, its fine now, i followed the steps in the "registration problems" thread and its back working again.
