DVDFab Software creates data disk, won't play on Home Theatre System

I copied a movie to a Phillips DVD-R OK. I then made copies of that to a Litescribe Verbatim DVD-R and a Phillips ink jet printable DVD-R. I then checked the last 2 copies on my computer and they both played through Windows Media Player. I then returned the original movie and threw away the first Phillips DVD-R. Now I try to watch my final 2 copies (Litescribe Verbatim DVD-R and a Phillips ink jet printable DVD-R) on my new Sony home theatre system and NOTHING. When I stick one of the last 2 copies into my computer as if to copy it on DVDFab, it says:

"The DVD on E:\NORTH_BY_NORTHWEST is data disk. You can choose 'Clone' to copy it."

I am not familiar with the difference between a movie disk and a data disk, but it seems it should give me the option of Entire Disk or Main Movie as I made a Custom Copy originally.

Does anyone know what is going on here? Am I using non-functional blanks? Other copies work on my Home Theatre System.
    ?????????????????????????????????????????

read the forum rules and general policies as crossposting is against them and you say you returned the original movie and from saying that you need to read this link . Thread is now closed as you do not own the original DVD and we can not help you if you not own the original
