Not connecting to server

Upgraded to 10.0.7.9, successfully,copied 2 dvd,s, one a cinavia infected disc and worked well. Also authorized my pc. After this occurred, tried 3 different dvd,s, 2 different burners and none will load.a disc, keeps on attempting to load. Log states that I,m not connecting, but can access any website without problems.Also tried to update to 10.0.8.0, and could not connect. Is there an issue with the authorization process? When I did this, was told it was successful.
Any ideas on what this may be and also happens with DVDFAB 9 also.

Working as it should, no other issues, copies a disc and updated to 10080. Thank you for your timely response. Much appreciated.
