DVD Fab 10.0.8.0 Not Loading

DVDFab 8 and 9 worked well. About a month ago I download version 10 and it will not fire up. I get a window that says DVDFab has encountered an error and gives me the option to retry, which will not work. The DVDFab Mini will fire up but does not function well. I emailed support. They said, (which I tried 5 times) to do this.

Uninstall DVDFab
Reboot
Turn off firewall and virus protection
Download DVDFab 10 and reinstall.

I have a windows 7 Ultimate 32 bit system. If anyone can help please do so. I have not be able to acquire a solution.

the x64 is for 64bit operating systems

Please uninstall the current version and then download the latest DVDFab 10.0.8.1 to have a try.
