This Notice is to alert you that the Spring Festival (Chinese New Year) Holiday is underway in China and much of Asia and for this reason the DVDFab Office will be closed until February 4. During this period, support by chat and email will not be available but the forum will be here for any problems you may encounter. From the log file, the process hasn't gotten to the burn section yet.
Please do clean the movie disc, and then go to DVDFab Common Settings>DVD>DVD Protection to uncheck the option "Enable Cloud Decryption Service" to have a try.
If still have problem, please take a screenshot of the problematic window and post it here, also, please post the latest dvdfab_internal.log file.
