I tried to use main movie dvd copy running on my Mac but then using a remote dvd drive on my Windows pc. The video was garbled. Is that not supported? Will I need to buy a mac compatible dvd reader drive?

After you load the movie disc to drive, please wait till DVDFab automatically detect and load it as source. Do NOT manually add or drag/drop the movie folder to DVDFab when source is original movie disc.
If still have problem, please specify the movie you have problem with and post the dvdfab_internal.log file. -
I bought a usb dvd drive and it's working fine. I won't be using the remote dvd option in the future so was just curious.Comment
