scanning problem with dead zone

i am trying to back up dead zone season 2 disc 2 when i put disc in drive dvdfab scans disc and just scans it for ever the only way it stops is if you stop it from scanning this is on dvd to dvd not in blu ray

Could you read what is below and post the information asked in your next post reply as need those logs that are mentioned as well as the rest of the info. Even though it just scans and does not create the logs needed would like them posted anyway

dvdfab_burn_vso.log Attach for all problems. The entries are time stamped with the most recent at the top.

dvdfab_burn_imgburn.log Attach if you have ImgBurn set as the burning engine and the problem concerns disc burning. Time stamped with the most recent at the bottom.

dvdfab_process.log Attach if DVDFab crashes and the crash report window does not come up or complete correctly or if internal error codes appear in the DVDFab window (“Task Failed…”). Time stamped, most recent at the bottom.

dvdfab_internal.log Attach for all problems. Time stamped, most recent at the bottom. Please edit to include only the most recent or relevant log session.

Other Information:

Depending on the nature of the problem, it can help to know:
If this happens with all discs or just one
Your operating system/CPU/memory configuration
If you are using external hard drives or optical drives
If you have made any recent changes to your OS or system hardware
If you have other DVD or BD software installed, particularly if recently added.

there is all of them for you. and on my system i have windows 7 64 bit on a xfx 780i mother board with a 3.00 ghz quad core 2 with 8 gigz of ram 3 tb hard drive and 2 9800 gtx in sli mode video card with a hp 16x burrner and a lg blu-ray burrner with software for both let me know if you need anymore ok thanks

So all it does is scan the DVD and nothing else. Well could you try and disable pathplayer in common settings. That is the green dot with check mark top right of program screen and find pathplayer then change to disabled and restart and then give it another try. Also make sure the DVD is clean from fingerprints and also has no scratches on it

i clean every disc i put in my cd player due to the fack that it cost money when you do a bad burn but as it turns out that dvdfab dosent scan for ever as i said it realy scans for 23 minunts then it burns every thing just fine but you have to wait for the scanning to get done and last knight i didnt know that and after about 10 mins i gave up but today i sat through it and got it gone thanks
