Having a problem burning

Please Help,

Just bought dvd fab, but loved trial version so I purchased. Entered the registration but now I can no longer burn my dvd's. It goes thru process but will not burn onto disc. At first it told me I needed duel layer discs, which I went out and bought. Then with duel layer discs it stops working after 10 percent. Don't know what to do I am not very computer savy.

Any suggestions would be greatly appeciated.

Could you post what is listed in the

[Guest]

No need for dual layer disc.
In the lower left of the screen where it says dvd9 change it to dvd5 and use a single layer disc.
