Watch this Video on how to use ImgBurn with DVDFab and once that is set up make sure you have the booktype to DVD-rom selected in settings of DVDFab. You can as well use the internal VSO burner that came with DVDFab as well but you need to make sure you have the set booktype to DVD-rom selected

      Hi r33gtr and welcome.

VSO has worked well for me, but has been problematic for many.
Most of us regulars here including myself, prefer Img.
It is more reliable, configurable and not predisposed to the problems we've seen with VSO.

Bitsetting will confer optimal compatiblity for playback in standalone players.
It may not be necessary with your players, but there's no downside to it.

Here's a link to a great video tutorial, a download link and some other tips.

Post back with any more questions.
      Hope this helps

Mornin' AGJ, as usual didn't spot you until I posted
If it ain't broke, don't fix it!

You'll find Imgburn more configurable, more stable, and it has more options that are user adjustable than the VSO engine supplied with Fab (putting the user on a learning curve to best utilize it)... this, of course, will also apply to SL discs as well as DL discs.

The bookmark option is also available with Imgburn, and should be used on +R discs, to make them more compatible with older DVD players.

It has also been reported that Imgburn will yield better results with marginal media, but I don't use that stuff, so I can't confirm that...

One piece of software sending a write command to your drive is much the same as another piece of software doing the same thing (here's where the quality of your drive and media comes into play), but all things being equal (which they aren't) one write program should yield the same results as another... the major difference here is the configurability of Imgburn...putting it above all the others.

Sorry, Maineman and AGJ... beat me again!
