    Hi Bubba and welcome.

Are you certain your settings and selections to be copied are correct?
The file that has been selected is only 16 MB in length, an appropriate size for an intro.

    2010-03-02 08:03:09 Info Scanned files #16, folder #2 - total size 18851840 b. (18 Mb.)

The media you're using (CMC MAG-M01-00) is marginal at best (really it's crap).
No offense here, as I'm sure your drive came with your laptop, but a MatSHITa slimline drive is the worst of the worst.

To try to maximize your success, pick up some Verbatim media and give this drive another shot.

Ideally, if you're at all serious about video archiving, I'd recommend an external burner and use either Taiyo Yuden or Verbatim media.

You should also switch to Img for your burn engine.
Hang on and I'll post a link for you.
It includes a video tutorial, a download link and some other tips
You just may get this burner working if you max your options.

If it ain't broke, don't fix it!

      Sorry, I forgot to mention....
You should try to keep pace with the newer copy protections.
Recommend that you update to 6.2.2.0 Beta

There are definately more files on the dvd than it indicates. I have also tried to copy the main movie only and it will only list 2 files and the largest being 28 seconds. Dont know why it's not reading all the files.

No offense taken on the drive. I knew from reading other post that I would be told that.

I will install img and try again after that and will let you know.

        Thank you

Are you able to rip the files to your hdd?...ie., can you view the movie when played back from your hdd using a software player such as VLC?
Either choose your hdd as the Target or in Common Settings > untick Delete temporary files when done.

And please update to 6.2.2.0 Beta
