DVDFab 6.2.0.5 Cannot compress DVD below 5.1 GB

I have been using DVDFab forever and a day, but this one has me confused, as it's the first disc that has presented this kind of behaviour.

I will attach the logs at the end here.

I am trying to get the movie Pie in the sky, down to a dvd5 size to allow me to back it up, as I currently have no more DL discs, and backup drive for media center is low on space. This movie will backup without any artifacts using customize, but will only at best compress down to 5.1GB. I have even attempted to adjust the size for DVD5 to 4.1gb using the custom size in options. I have tried doing it multiple times(compress from disc to HD then using folder to disc) and it actually gets bigger! I am utterly confused and was about to just say heck with it, but noticed that others have had similar problems with other movies. There are 3 titles on the disc which are 3 episodes of a tv show from the UK. Nothing else like alternate endings or such are on the disc, so I am wondering if this is some kind of encryption that is flubbing the decrypter or not.
"One thing to add, I have gotten it down to 4.7GB but still this is about 400 megs shy of fitting on a normal dvd, which to inform you, I have ruined a dvd burner attempting to overburn to."
I have downloaded the trial for 6.2.1.8 and installed it on another computer to try and see if the update would work better, and it exhibited the same results, so I am sure it is with the disc/movie.

Anywhos, here are the logs, let me know what else I can do to accommodate you for help.

Try the latest beta 6220, I think this was fixed with that version (if memory serves)

        Quick question

As this is on my brothers computer, I am treading lightly, but is there a method to make sure all traces of previous versions are removed so that there is a no chance files could be affecting the newer install, or is that even necessary. I do not know how the newer versions update the previous, and as I ONLY use dvdfab when I visit my brother, I want to make sure. Don't want to mess his system up.

No need to, just install the new beta over the older version, this will save any settings also.
You may have also tried this but if no success try changing the pathplayer settings to always enabled or disabled.
(better ask brothers permission to be safe lol)
