2012 Movie

Having problems with this movie, when completed shows 11.5gigs, just the movie title shows 4.8 gigs, using the lastest version of beta, pathfinder enable always, anyone haveing these problems.

What logs you need, im not to familer with dvdfab, just know how to change pathfinder on or off. It just shows when i go to send it to nero to burn its shows at 11.5 gigs, doing full dvd, main movie shows 4.8 gigs. way to large to burn. I have the lastest version of dvdfab beta, i used something else also with no luck..let me know how to get the logs i will get them. Thanks

Hard to believe a detailguy knows nothing about details.

Look in your My Documents for the DVDFAB folder and the logs will be there.

Also open fab and click on the -about- button at the upper right and read the tutorial found there.

The more information you post the faster a solution will be found with less head scratching of those trying to help.

hmm! 11.5 gigs yet full disc is only 6.99. With 6.2.2.0 paid.

Looks like different systems are going to be giving different reading.
Mine says 7.4gb for movie only.

I guess I will be playing with this movie some more this morning.

I still get 4.88 gigs when ripped, used new version of dvdfab 7, that is ripping main movie. I guess this is the log:

Yesterday I did 2012 main movie three times and full disc twice.
Each time it was compressed correctly and burned to a SL DVD5 disc.

Yesterday I did 2012 main movie three times and full disc twice.
Each time it was compressed correctly and burned to a SL DVD5 disc.

Im ripping it again now, main movie, I will copy the log from dvdfab on to here..it shows 4.88 gigs when complete..my nero not able to burn it onto disc, over 400mbs goes into the yellow..says to large to burn.

Well I tried Julie and Julia four times this afternoon and V7
would not compress main movie only to less than 5.2 GB.

I spent 2 hours and 5.2 was the best it would do.
So yes there is a glitch.

Check your writable media (DVD5) Size in common settings>DVD/Bluray>write...the default should be 4300mb.

btw why post the same thing 3 times? It's against forum rules to double post or in your case triple post. That's not even the log file anyway.

C:\Documents and Settings\your username\My Documents\DVDFab\Log is the default location for all DVDFab logs.

I deleted the 2 extra DVD info posts as they was not needed since they were the same thing as the first one posted. Also they not logs and the logs are located where W&B mentioned

When you did the main movie only did you get the forced sub titles when the Chinese were talking ?
