How to use dvd fab

Hi
any one know what i am doing wrong ? I am trying to burn a movie that has been converted to dvd format from my hard drive using the dvd fab software but havn't got a clue what to do any help please

wont let me put the source in

I try to put the sorce in from folder but it wont let me , just keeps coming up wiyh some date I have to submit and send it off ?

dvdfab does not support converting video files to dvd format.
