It will not play on my computer either. But I did not realize that DVDFab would not convert PAL to NTSC

When you tried to playback the burnt disc on your PC or your US DVD Player, did you receive any error message? What were they?

You may try to clean off the fingerprint or dust from the copy to playback it again.

            1. The copy of DVDFab DVD Copy is free of region, you can say that it is multi-region, so region code should not be the reason causing the playback issue.
            2. DVDFab doesn't convert PAL to NTSC (nor vice versa), so check if the original disc can be played on your Sony DVD player or not, if it cannot play, then the output copy cannot be played on that player too, it's due to area limitations, even the region code has been removed by DVDFab.

            3. If the PAL/NTSC is not the issue, you can use DVD Copy to make a copy but save the copy to your local hard drive as folder or iso file rather than to blank media, you can then use software player like DVDFab Player 6 or VLC to playback the copy.
            4. After that, you can load the playable copy to DVD Copy-Clone/Burn mode to burn to blank media, be sure to slow down the write speed, and use quality blank media for the burning process.

We currently don't have plan to add this feature.
