DVDFab disappears when I try to scan

I've been using DVDFab for years. Suddenly, today after burning one DVD successfully, I tried to burn another one. I brought the program up, went to the start DVD Fab, installed the disk and it started reading it and then the program disappeared. I clicked on the shortcut on my desktop several times, the same thing happened. Restarted my computer and the same problem.

My son got on my computer under his profile and the same thing happened.

Do I need to reinstall the DVDFab program again to get it working?
