Did you try adjusting the Pathplayer settings in the Common Settings window? Please disable Pathplayer to see the result, thanks.

I did, same situation. and at some point it failed to read the disk.

I did, same situation. and at some point it failed to read the disk.

leave pathplayer disabled and go back into common settings - dvd - dvd protection - uncheck cloud decryption service
restart dvdfab and retry the disc again, see if you still get the missing chapters & special features.

tried that it is still missing the chapters (pp on).. failed to read disc (pp off, uncheck cloud decryption)

thought there will be a fix on ver 21
