7.0.1.0 No Longer Able To Do DVD to DVD?

I downloaded the Beta for DVD 7 a few days ago and it won't let me do the straight DVD to DVD ripping on my hard drive. Has the DVDFab creators decided to block this free feature on their software after the 30 day trial is over or is it an error with the software?

Please supply a little more detail than 'won't let me do'... wouldn't know where to begin to answer the question the way you've phrased it.

I downloaded the 7.0.2.0 version and it works fine now. But with 7.0.1.0, I popped a DVD-R into my laptop and turned on DVDFab. Then I went to DVD to DVD to copy this burned DVD to my laptop and it wouldn't let me do it. It told me this function was expired. It was set to DVD9 on the setting to switch between DVD5 to DVD9. It didn't work. I was able to copy the DVD through DVDShrink when I did do it though.

For a start, you do not need Fab to copy a decrypted DVD. Just use Windoze ccopy & paste.

Secondly, most of us here wouldn't know about the free version as most of us are registered users and we cannot see what the FREE version offers.
