What if the UHD main film is calculated down by 4GB too small?

Is it possible to set the bit rate manually with UHD Copy?

Example: I wanted to calculate down to 25GB blank, but unfortunately the film was "only" calculated on 17GB, so much too small!

So if the bitrate is calculated automatically by DVDFab 23600 kbps, wouldn't it be an idea if you could manually increase the bitrate to, for example, 26500 kbps?
