problems burning

i just bought a lifetime registration key and when i put a regular dvd in, it reads and copies it fine but when i put in a dvd to burn it to, it doesn't start burning and it says "failed to burn" and i get a task 112 error. this did not happen when i had the trial version.

does anyone know why this is happening.

Not sure why, please read the "help us help you" sticky just above your thread and post the needed logs. could be a number of things but those logs should help narrow it down.

This error is usually because there is not enough free space in the "TEMP" folder on the HDD or where you send the temp file. Free up some disk space and try again.
