Copy DVD for another region

Can I copy a DVD cut for region 1(USA) and copy it to play for european region?

Yes, ever notice the Banner Ad that states it removes all copy protection?

The only problem is DVDFab does not convert NTSC to PAL format or PAL to NTSC format. SO you need a dual format DVD Player and TV to play them
