Trouble with Older DVD

I am trying to make a copy of my Residents DVD. Everything seems great until it starts copying ONLY initial video_ts file in folder.

As you can see, it is done in under 2 minutes. Why can't it see the rest of the files on this DVD?

Any help would be fantastic.

Try turning Pathplayer off if it is on and on if it is off.

That seemed to do it.

Would it be wise for me to select the option;

Enable pathplayer when necessary?

or should I just try one or the other when I have this problem again?

Never use Enable pathplayer when necessary?

Use Always Enabled until you have a problem the disable it.
For some reason older movies do not like Pathplayer.
