Please help. I insert the dvd. The "Open DVD Source" window comes up. The blue bar moves but the window disappears when the bar reaches about 3/4 of the way. It doesn't come up in the SOURCE/TARGET windows either. When I click browse, I am able to find the title in my drive. I click on that and the same thing happens. I am able to play the movie in my computer. This happens with some discs while others I have no problem. What gives???

Internal reader or external?
Can you post a log?

I have downloaded latest 7 version and it still won't work. It's a copy of a movie called "Limit of Love" from Japan. NOT an original but a copy. I rented it from a video store. Most of the other discs I rent from there are okay. This has happened on a few other titles I have rented from there. I am able to play them, just not copy. Thanks.Comment
