get error while reading

hi there when scaning media window opens and said error while reading then it gives you the choice to ignor,retry,ignor all or abort. what can i do to get by this so i can copy the movie

Clean the disk for a start.

You have downloaded the wrong software version.
Go back and load the CSS version.
Go to this page and click on the 7035 version.
