dvd fab wont open disc

im having issues with dvd fab v6, it wont open the disc of the invention of lying it just keeps on trying however with on luck, any suggestions on what the cause maybe.

i have tried v7 however it wont let me copy as it a non css version, i have also tried the update button however it reinstalls v6 with css

I wish the non css version could be better hidden to keep so many people from downloading it.
