Everybody's Fine won't even read

DVDFab just bombs while reading with no msg. I've tried two computers with two diff version same results.
Iv'e attached the dvdfab_burn_vso.log but doesn't seem to be here

First up, try setting your write speed to half the speed of the media, 8x. This is generally accepted good practice.

Your burner has a firmware update that may solve the problem at Firmware HQ in addition to slowing you write speed as suggested.
