You have to use Roxio Zap, d/l here to completely remove the program from your computer http://www.softpedia.com/get/Tweak/U...oxio-Zap.shtml or this one which is a newer version http://www.brothersoft.com/roxio-zap...oad-36862.html

This indicates a problem with your burner/blanks

E 19:43:07 Set L0 Data Zone Capacity Failed! - Reason: Power Calibration Area Error

This from your log: W 19:39:50 Duplex Secure's SPTD driver can have a detrimental effect on drive performance.

Q: How can I remove SPTD driver on 32-bit OS?
A: To remove SPTD, simply download SPTD setup file "SPTDinst-v169-x86.exe" for Windows 2000/XP/2003/Vista (32-bit) [882,672 bytes] and execute it.
In dialog that appears press "Uninstall" button and then SPTD will remove itself from your Windows installation.
If you want to install it again then execute the same setup file and press "Install".

            I 19:40:26 Write Speed: MAX

Also from your log in post 17, I would suggest you reduce your write speed to 6X or 8X. Writing at MAX may also cause problems.

            Cheers!

Your burner has a firmware update also here.

If your going to use ImgBurn you should learn how to set the write speed per mid, click the ImgBurn link in my sig and follow Troy512's video tutorial (1'st link in his post). Reduce the write speed as mentioned in previous post.

You've been told many times to get some quality media such as Verbatim.
