Faith like Potatoes won't burn

I had 100 of these DVDs. I'm down to the last 2 and started getting these errors about 3 DVDs ago. I'm not sure of the brand name but when I had trouble the last time I bought Verbatim brand. I don't know how to tell the media type. Can you tell me if it's on the label??? I don't see the type there.
Here's is a copy of log after trying with Verbatim brand.

I will try another drive and look up the firmware update for this drive. Thank you all for the help, i'll let you know what happens and wait for more of your help.

Don't know if this helps much but, your drive has a firmware update you will find it here http://www.firmwarehq.com/download_1...2(ew).zip.html

This does not look good............

Have you tried any media besides the RiteckF1?
If you do a google on this media you will see many complaints about it.
